We became foster parents to help families and take care of children in need. Later we were able to adopt our kids from the foster system.
As we soon learned, there was such a great need for foster homes for kids ranging from newborns to teens. During our time, we also noticed was how little these kids knew about adulthood and all the responsibilities that came with it, and the need to help them navigate through this transition. Thus, Pa'a Lima was created.
